No. Dappo takes 0% commission from the takeaway. You keep the full value of every order.
What does the £199 setup fee cover?
The one-off setup covers your branded ordering app and website, menu setup, onboarding, and a dedicated ordering terminal so you’re ready to take orders straight away.
Are there any monthly fees or hidden costs?
No percentage fees and no surprises. You pay the £199 setup once. There are no ongoing commission charges.
Why do my customers pay a service fee?
The customer service fee allows Dappo to operate without charging commission to your business. It’s clearly shown at checkout, 10% service fee (min £1.49 and capped at £2.49), and separate from any delivery fees.
Do you provide an ordering terminal?
Yes. We provide a dedicated ordering terminal so orders go straight to your counter. The terminal remains Dappo property and is returned if the service is cancelled.
